This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment for costs against plaintiff, entered by the county court of Cook county, after a trial without a jury on Novembe’r 14, 1933, in a proceeding, commenced on October 30, 1933, under “An Act providing for the trial of the right of property and claims of exemption in the county court.” (Cahill’s Stat. 1933, ch. 77, p. 1719.)
