The appellant father, a resident of St. Kitts, appeals the trial court’s denial of his petition for the return of his minor child, pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, the terms of which have been codified in 42 U.S.C. § 11601 et seq. Where a child has been wrongfully removed from his home country, the court must order his return unless the party removing the child can show at least one of a few narrow exceptions.
