MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER REGARDING DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF EXEMPTIONS

On March 5, 1986, the Court held an evidentiary hearing on the objections filed by InterFirst Bank Fort Worth, N.A. and the First National Bank and Trust of Oklahoma City to the Debtor’s schedules of exempt property. The objections were filed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4003(b) and constituted a “contested matter” for purposes of Rule 9014.
