This action was brought by P & M Stone Company against Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company upon a general and automobile liability insurance policy issued plain tiff by defendant. Coverage D of the policy — “Property Damage Liability — Except Automobile” — requires defendant to pay, on behalf of the insured, all sums which the insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of injury to or destruction of property caused by accident.
