In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injury, plaintiff appeals, as limited by his briefs, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 11, 1961 after a jury trial, which set aside as contrary to the weight of the credible evidence the jury’s *778verdict of $375,000 in plaintiff’s favor against the defendant Advance Trucking Corp., and which directed a verdict in favor of said defendant and dismissed the complaint against it as matter of law. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. In our opinion:…
