— Action by the appellants as taxpayers of Henry township, Henry county, Indiana, against the appellees, to have a certain tax levy, in aid of the construction of a railroad, declared illegal and void, and to have the appellee Millikan, treasurer of the county, restrained from enforcing the collection of the tax so levied.
