Defendants moved to dismiss plaintiffs complaint, and the trial court granted the motion as to all defendants. The plaintiff alleges error in the sustaining of the motion to dismiss as to defendants Doctors Clinic, P. A., and Charles E. Willis, M. D., P. A. Held:
