Anthony Riggins appeals his conviction for having a weapon while under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.13 with a firearm specification and a prior offense of violence specification after a jury trial in the common pleas court. Riggins raises thirteen assignments of error for our review.
In his first assignment of error, Riggins contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an unlawful arrest.
