A writ of certiorari was issued in September^ 1933, by this Court directed to Honorable George Couper Gibbs, Judge of the Circuit Court for Duval County, Honorable Elliot W. Butts, as Clerk of that court, and C. I. T. Corporation, a corporation. The writ commanded the Circuit Court to send to the Justices of this Court the record and proceedings in a cause lately pending in the Cir cuit Court wherein Edward L. Bringley was petitioner and C. I. T. Corporation, a corporation, was respondent.
