I. The Facts
This matter is before the Court on the objections of Avenue Bank Northwest to the debtors’ claim of a homestead exemption in their mobile home. Both the Bank and the debtors have fully briefed the question. The facts do not appear to be in serious dispute. The debtors filed their Chapter 7 petition on February 12, 1985. Among their assets is a mobile home that they had purchased from Shorewood Mobile Home Sales, Inc. in May, 1978.
