This is an action of ejectment, begun by theadministratrix of W. W. Andrews against William Norman to recover the N. E. quarter of section eight, in town•ship twelve, south of range twenty-three west; a tract of land which was included in the grant of lands from the United States, made to the state of Arkansas on the ninth of February, 1853, to aid in the construction of a railroad from the Mississippi river, opposite the mouth of the Ohio, .by way of Little Rock to the Texas boundary near Fulton.
