This is an appeal from a judgment of the Tippecanoe Circuit Court vacating and setting aside an arbitration award rendered in a dispute between the Board of School Trustees (Board) of the Tippecanoe School Corporation (School Corporation) and the Tippecanoe Education Association (TEA), an organization representing licensed employees of the School Corporation.
