The statement of facts has been made thus full, in order that, by exhibiting the various proceedings and acts in some detail, the objections of the appellants may be at once more clearly understood and deprived of any seeming force. We think that the order of the Supreme Court was warranted by the facts and that that court could not very well have held otherwise with respect to the conduct of the defendants.
