—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Village of Tuckahoe appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), entered February 4, 1992, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it and the cross claims of the defendant People’s Westchester Bank.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
