Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County, rendered July 27, 1972, which resenteneed defendant, following a conviction after a jury trial of attempted robbery in the first degree, to an indeterminate term of not less than five years nor more than 15 years. We find that the challenged errors in the identification process both before and during the trial were before us on the appeal from the original judgment of conviction. (People v.
