Appeal is from an order affirming an arbitration award in favor of a union and against an employer in reference to overtime pay of a group of employees represented by the union. Pinkerton’s New York Racing Security Service, Inc. (“Pinkerton's”) brought suit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Vincent L.
