These claims arise from two separate inquiries which the Claimant made to the Uniform Commercial Code Division of the Secretary of State concerning any and all U.C.C. financing statements on file related to a particular entity, “Mecums Countryside Motors, Inc.” Both inquiries were made via form U.C.C. 11.7, the first occurring on or about December 6, 1990, and the second slightly over seven weeks later on or about January 25, 1991.
