This is an action to set aside a deed executed by the defendant A. J. Newell on the 1st day of October, 1917, in which he conveyed to the defendant, Borghild Newell, his wife, the SE-| of section 2 and NE|- of section 11, township 145, range 58 in Griggs county, North Dakota. The trial court found the facts and conclusions of law favorable to the plaintiff and from judgment thereon defendants *187.appeal for trial ele novo in this court. The defendant A. -J.
