MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION
On November 10, 1980 Bloomington Federal Savings and Loan Association (“Bloom-ington Federal”) filed a Motion to Dismiss the petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. §§ 701 et seq (the “Bankruptcy Code”) which Citizens Bank & Trust Company of Park Ridge as Trustee under Trust No. 66-3250 (“the Debtor”) had filed on October 14, 1980.
