In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for wrongful death, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Yachnin, J.), entered September 22, 1992, which dismissed the complaint, and an order and an amended order of the same court (DiNoto, J.), entered November 13, 1995, and November 21, 1995, respectively, which denied her motion denominated as one for renewal but which was, in effect, one for reargument of her prior motion.

Ordered that the appeal from the order entered November 13, 1995, is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the amended order entered…
