Before the Court is the unopposed Joint Motion of Plaintiffs Esther Kelen, Elizabeth Taub, and Yocheved Milo to Consolidate Cases and for Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement. (12-CV-5024, Doc. 37; 12-CV-9113, Doe. 30; and 12-CV-9418, Doe. 25.)
