Woodbuff v. Paschen

Arnold Paschen commenced the original action in the court of common pleas to recover damages for malicious prosecution. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment in his favor for *277$750 and it is insisted that the judgment must be reversed for errors claimed to have been committed by the trial judge and because the verdict and judgment are not sustained by sufficient evidence.
