Appellant, Kevin Wilson-X, is upset at an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City directing him to pay $50 a month in child support. He complains that his only source of income, from which the child support would have to be paid, is in the form of Supplemental Security Income payments (SSI) he receives from the Social Security Administration and that, under both State and Federal law, those payments may not be counted as income for purposes of mandated child support.
