The important question presented is ’whether the 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th findings of fact are *585supported by the evidence. It is undisputed that the testator was taken with a cold on Tuesday — five days before his death. On the following Thursday he hitched up his team and drove to Arcadia, and called on Dr. Palmer. Mrs. Mary A. Cashel doctored him for his cold, and he was around until Saturday ‘evening, March 2, 1901, about supper time, when he went to bed.
