The purchaser of the property at sheriff’s sale brought his action to recover possession under the Act of April 20, 1905, P. L. 239.
In his petition he sets forth the facts in regard to his acquisition of the property and that the defendant is in possession, as husband of the defendant in the execution by virtue of which the property was sold.
