This is an action of unlawful entry and detainer brought by the appellee, William Harper Moss, as plaintiff, against the appellant, Lofton Price, as defendant, to recover the possession of land in Lafayette County. The special tribunal convened according to law to try the case rendered a judgment for the plaintiff. The defendant appealed to the Circuit Court where the case was tried de novo, resulting in a judgment for the plaintiff. Prom this judgment the appellant prosecutes this appeal.
