11 Defendant, Chevroun Smith, appeals his conviction and life sentence for second degree murder, requesting a review of the record for errors patent.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Ali Robinson was shot to death on the evening of April 13, 2012 in the Stallings Playground, in New Orleans. The autopsy revealed that Mr. Robinson sustained eleven gunshot wounds, one of which was fatal.
