When this cause was before us, on a reservation of it by the superior court for our adviceas to what judgment should be rendered in it, at the September term of the court in 1863, we advised the superior court to render judgment for the plaintiff, for the sum of one hundred dollars and interest for a certain time, as appears by the report of the case in the 31st Conn.
