Appeal by the mother of three children from an order of *630the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 18, 1970, which adjudged that the children were neglected children- and placed them in the custody of the New York City Department of Social Services. Order reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs, and proceeding remitted to the Family Court for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
