—Appellants are partners, engaged in the practice of law. They sued appellee to recover for services *20as attorneys in prosecuting to a successful termination an action for damages in favor of Eli W. Middleton against John 0. Middleton, in the Adams Circuit Court, and bottomed their action upon the following facts, as stated in their complaint: That they entered into a contract with Eli W. Middleton to prosecute the action against John 0.
