Annie M. Warner Hospital has sued defendant, William E. Jones, for $1,173.25 for medical services rendered to defendant, alleging that defendant agreed to pay the charges. *778Defendant answered the complaint on September 7, 1973, admitting that the services were rendered but denying that he agreed to pay for the services.
