Plaintiff instituted this suit for damages against the defendant railway company as the result of the death of her husband, Clarence Alford. Plaintiff sues individually and as the duly qualified natural tutrix of the three minor children born of her marriage with decedent. To these proceedings intervened the Solvay Process Company, in whose employ the decedent was engaged at the time of his death, seeking to recover compensation paid and to be paid by reason of its liability under the Workmen's Compensation Statute.
