Plaintiff appeals from an amended judgment in a divorce action.

An absolute decree of divorce was granted to plaintiff on December 13, 1941, on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. The parties have no children living. The only property involved is a house and lot located in the city of Duluth, of the approximate value of $2,500, subject to a mortgage of $450. The trial court determined that the property belonged to plaintiff and ordered defendant to convey to her by quitclaim deed his interest therein.
