The First National Bank of Granbury filed suit in the county court of Hood county against C. D. Perkins, Cities Service Oil Company, and the First State Bank of Walnut Springs. It alleged that C. D. Perkins was a resident of Hood county and defendant Cities Service Oil Company was a foreign corporation, duly authorized to do business in this state, and that neither the president, secretary, treasurer, or general manager resided in Hood county, and said company has no agent in Hood county, but has an agent in the state of Texas in the person of H.
