LOCHREN, District Judge.
This action was brought to recover the amount of eight bonds of the defendant county, issued and dated November 12,1880, and payable on or before November 12,1890, four being for the sum of $500 each, and four for the sum of $100 each, together with the last eight coupons for the semiannual interest at 7 per cent, on each of the said bonds. - These bonds purport to have been issued by the board of supervisors of said county of Lyon, under legislative authority referred to in the recitals, and in conformity with a resolution of said board of April 5, 1880.
