Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial, the accused was found guilty of wrongful appropriation, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, and bad check offenses, in violation of Code, supra, Article 123a, 10 USC § 923a. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, partial forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for six months, and reduction. The convening authority approved the sentence.
