—In an action to *433recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rappaport, J.), dated December 13, 1996, as granted the respective motions by the defendants Jack Nacmias, Nacmias Brothers Auto Service, Inc., and Mobil Oil Corporation, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and (2) an order of the same court, dated May 9, 1997, as, upon re-argument and renewal, adhered to the original determination.
