In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel the City Council of the City of Yonkers to rescind a certain resolution it had adopted and to approve a certain special exception use permit that had been granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Yonkers, the city council and the proposed interveners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 8, 1974, which annulled said resolution of the city council and directed the city council to approve the permit.
