OPINION

{¶ 1} Michael Taylor pled no contest to felonious assault, with a firearm specification, after the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruled his motion to suppress evidence. The court found him guilty, and it sentenced him to two years in prison with three additional years of mandatory incarceration for the firearm specification. Taylor was also required to pay restitution to Darrell Howard, the victim, in the amount of $56,788.16 plus court costs.
