This is an action for the conversion of certain grain which the plaintiff claimed under a chattel mortgage. The defendant denied the conversion and damage to the plaintiff. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Plaintiff had judgment. Defendant moved for a new trial. The motion was denied. This appeal is from the order entered accordingly and from the judgment.
