The taxbills, being prima facie evidence of all that was necessary to make out plaintiff’s case, tbe petition contained all tbe necessary, allegations and was sufficient. Joplin ex rel. v. The petition contains four counts. Each count is founded upon a special taxbill issued to the plaintiff on June 13, 1905, in payment for the construction of sidewalks on the west side of Amander' avenue in the city of Joplin and in front of four lots owned by the defendant. The trial resulted in judgment for plaintiff from which defendant appealed.
