DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Charles V. Wilkerson appeals his five misdemeanor convictions and sentences in the Pike County Court. The court, after a bench trial, found him guilty of assault, aggravated trespassing, and three separate violations of a civil protection order. On appeal, Wilkerson contends that the trial court erred when it failed to inform him of the possible penalties for each of the five offenses so that he could make an informed decision regarding retaining counsel.
