This proceeding, brought by the Nebraska Nurses Association and Darlene Cording, an individual registered nurse, sought a peremptory writ of mandamus requiring the Attorney General to file an action in the appropriate court to determine the constitutionality and validity of section 71-1,132.11 (15), R. 5.
