SMITH, Judge.
This matter is before us following the issuance of our preliminary writ of prohibition. Relators are the owners of real estate located on Waterman Avenue in the City of St. Louis. Waterman Redevelopment Corporation (Waterman) is an urban redevelopment corporation organized under the provisions of Chapter 353 RSMo 1978. Pursuant to Ordinance 57882 of the City of St. Louis it has been given authority to redevelop the block of Waterman Avenue containing relator’s property.
