Hannon v. Lungu

I concur in the result reached by the majority. Were I free to do so I would adopt the views of Judge Carroll in his dissenting opinion in Lungu v. Horton, 298 So.2d 423 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974). I cannot and therefore reluctantly concur.
