This suit was filed in the Jefferson circuit court by the appellant, S. B. Crowder, on the 14th day of January, 1913, against G-eorg-e W. Stine, F. E. Webster, the United States Trust Company, the LaFlore Mining- and Milling Company, and other stockholders of the latter company, seeking to require the delivery to him of 1,500' shares of the capital stock in the mining company of the par value of $10.00 per share, but, if this relief should be denied, to recover against the defendants, Stine and Webster, the sum of $150,000.00.
