This case is the result of one of those controversies which sometimes, and, unfortunately, too frequently occur between public school authorities of the State and those connected with or interested in the administration of that system. In this instance the proceedings in the Court from which this appeal was brought were instituted by the Board of County School Commissioners of Caroline County against those acting as the trustees of one of the public schools of that county and the teacher employed by them.
