Jeanette E. Buck died testate in Springfield, November 15, 1918. Her husband had died in July of the same year and by his will she had become possessed of real estate of the value of $13,500. The total value of her estate at the time of her death was about $38,000. She left surviving her as her only heirs-at-law, two sisters (the complainant, Georgia Wood Williams, and the defendant Minnie J. Rag-land,) and one nephew, George Park Johnson, the only child of a deceased sister. The last will of deceased was executed November 7, 1918.
