OPINION

GARRARD, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The State of Indiana (the “State”) appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment *619in favor of James W. Langen (“Langen”). The trial court entered summary judgment concluding that the Indiana Real Estate Commission (the “Commission”) violated applicable procedural law when it vacated an order issued by a panel of three administrative law judges and entered its own order. Accordingly, the trial court vacated the Commission’s final order as null and void. We reverse and reinstate the Commission’s final order.
