This is an appeal from a decree of divorce carrying alimony, instituted and tried in the circuit court of Linn county. The petition alleges plaintiff and defendant were married on February 21, 1890, and that the parties lived together as husband and wife from said date until the-day of-, 1924; “that during all that time plaintiff faithfully demeaned herself, and discharged all her duties as the wife of defendant, and at all times treated him with kindness and affection; but said defendant, wholly disregarding his duties as the husband of plaintiff, has been guilty of such cruel and barbarous…
